Sergio founded Aspen Corp in 1990 and has over thirty years of experience in the provision of Accounting, Taxation, Business and Corporate Advisory Services to a diverse range of businesses.
The growth of the practice has allowed Sergio to spend more time working with businesses in areas of Leading Indicator Development; strategic planning; growth strategies; business transformation; value adding; profit optimisation; mergers and acquisitions; business sales; business structures that deliver asset protection, minimise tax and provide flexibility; and funding and grants. Sergio is focussed on developing customised solutions that deliver agreed outcomes.
Sergio is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants (FTIA), Diploma in Accounting. He is also a member of many professional bodies, including Certified Practising Accountants, Tax Institute of Australia, National Institute of Accountants and Tax Practitioners Board.
